This half hour class is nonstop circuit training at its finest. Using a combination of kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, dumbbells and other holistic body weight exercises.
This 6 week course, is a mashup utilizing, a mix of all our class offerings and equipment to help you burn calories, build and tone muscle. The workout will vary each week, but will feature strength training, cardiovascular boxing conditioning, functional training, as well as other forms of holistic exercises.
